**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a wide range of tandoor dishes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist in the management of inventory and the efficient use of ingredients.
- Contribute to menu planning and development by bringing fresh, creative ideas.
- Follow kitchen safety protocols and ensure that all kitchen equipment is used responsibly.
