**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and present authentic Indian and Chinese dishes with consistency and quality.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI norms.
- Support the Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Train commi chefs and kitchen helpers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with service staff for timely and efficient food service.
- Assist in planning and innovating new menu items and special festival dishes.
- Monitor inventory, portion control, and minimize food waste.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in Indian and Chinese cuisine at reputed hotels/resorts.
- Strong knowledge of spices, regional flavors, wok skills, and tandoor techniques.
- Good team coordination and ability to work under pressure.
- Culinary certification/diploma preferred.
