- Identify and onboard corporate clients seeking finance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, finance heads, and decision-makers

**Loan Structuring & Advisory**
- Understand client requirements and structure tailored loan products (term loans, working capital, project finance, etc.)
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure feasibility and compliance

**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly loan targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for documentation and disbursement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
