**Job Title: Domestic Healthcare Industry Recruiter**

**Location**: Sector 2, Noida
**Shift**: Day Shift (10 AM - 7 PM)
**Working Days**: 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in hiring doctors, nurses, and healthcare-related staff.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and the specific roles within it.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
