We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our sales team as **TV & Internet Package Sales Executives**. In this role, you will engage with customers in the United States, understand their needs, and offer suitable TV and internet subscription packages. This is a voice-based calling profile focused on outbound/inbound sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make Inbond & outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Clearly explain TV & internet package options and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and listening).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
- Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling tools/CRMs.
