
Hotel Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and communicate with the service team.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, safety, and hygiene regulations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service representative (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule:

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Restaurant recepnist: 2 years (preferred)
