- **Job description**_

Will be responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship, space selling and exhibit packages for exhibition and conferences by targeting various companies. The Manager will be responsible for creating sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification and attending company meetings, sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as required.**Responsibilities**:_
- Conducting thorough analysis of potential sponsors and clients. Managing, maintaining and developing strong relationships with key clients to deliver increased revenues from more creative solutions.
- Producing and executing the marketing plan for sponsorship sales. Building new sponsorship propositions that deliver on clients' objectives. Assisting with association conference research projects, identifying key opportunities, compiling bid documents, tender documents and sales presentations
- Generating business for the company through identifying potential clients related to the construction fraternity.
- Selling spaces/ booths in the exhibitions while meeting the client’s needs and requirements.
- Physical meeting with the potential brands/clients and bringing in closures
- Attending events and liaising with sponsor client’s onsite to ensure that their contract is fulfilled and all of their concerns and needs are addressed maintaining a sales database, reporting activities and preparing contracts keeping up-to-date with the current trends and developments of the market, industry networking, etc.
- **Requirements**:_
- Event management, or business development, with a proven track record of securing high-value sponsorships for events or conferences.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of event sponsorship trends, challenges, and opportunities within the conference and exhibition industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
