**Job Title: Sales Assistant**

**Location**: Goregaon West, Mumbai

**Salary**: 20,000 - 30,000 INR per month

**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

We are a prominent company located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, operating in Furniture and Interior Design. Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality products/services to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to support our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders to customers.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documents as required by management.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Experience in Home decor Sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
