***Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cloud Infrastructure Management**: Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on **Azure** and **AWS** platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
- **High Availability & Security**: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based services, following industry best practices.
- **Cloud Security & Compliance**: Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- **Routine System Updates & Backups**: Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain system integrity and availability.
- **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- **Documentation**: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure clear communication and smooth operational workflows.
- **Capacity Planning & Optimization**: Assist in capacity planning, resource optimization, and cost-effective management of cloud resources.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- **On-Call Support**: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a **System Administrator**, with a focus on **cloud services** (Azure and AWS).
- Strong understanding of **cloud infrastructure management, cloud security, and system performance optimization**.
- Proficiency in managing cloud-based systems, including **deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting**.
- Experience with cloud automation tools, monitoring tools, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with industry best practices for cloud security and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- **Certifications** in **Azure** or **AWS** (e.g., **AWS Certified Solutions Architect**, **Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate**) are a plus.
- Experience in containerization and orchestration tools such as **Docker** or **Kubernetes**.
- Experience with **CI/CD** pipelines and cloud-based DevOps practices.
