**Job Profile / Designation** - Sales Executive (Construction Equipment)
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the Construction Equipment's.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Identify and target potential clients in Construction Industry.
- Visit project sites to meet clients, architects, and engineers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing construction related solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demo, presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Construction Equipment sales, particularly in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, B. Tech, B.Sc., or MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on Constructions Equipment sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
