We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Designer to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

As a Wedding Designer at Behind The Scenes, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' wedding visions to life. Drawing on your creativity, expertise, and attention to detail, you will work closely with our clients to design and execute stunning weddings that exceed their expectations. From concept development to final execution, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and passion for design while creating unforgettable moments for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
- Develop creative concepts, themes, and colour palettes that reflect the client's style and personality.
- Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and mock-ups, to present to clients.
- Source and select decor elements, including floral arrangements, linens, lighting, and furniture, that enhance the overall design aesthetic.
- Coordinate with vendors, including florists, rental companies, and stationers, to ensure that all design elements are cohesive and executed flawlessly.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of the wedding, ensuring that all decor elements are installed according to plan and meet quality standards.
- Provide on-site coordination and support during the wedding to ensure that the design vision is realized and that the event runs smoothly.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new decor options to continuously enhance our offerings and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wedding design, with a proven track record of creating memorable and visually stunning weddings.
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate client preferences into cohesive design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for weddings and special events, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
