The sales officer will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets and maintaining customer relationship. This role involve direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting product or services, negotiating contracts and closing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate product or services to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities market condition.
- Collaborate with internal team such as marketing, production and customer support to enhance sales efforts and customer experience.
- Participate in sales meeting, training session and workshop to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in direct sales and preferable in signage industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or other related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
