Junior Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SCADA System Monitoring**:

- Monitor the SCADA system continuously to ensure real-time data collection and transmission.
- Ensure that system alarms, alerts, and malfunctions are promptly identified and reported.
- **System Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing SCADA system faults.
- Work with senior team members to resolve issues related to communication, data discrepancies, and system performance.
- **Data Management**:

- Collect and analyze data from SCADA systems to identify trends and improve system performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely data logging, maintenance of logs, and report generation.
- **Maintenance**:

- Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software components of the SCADA system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to perform preventive maintenance and system updates.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation for SCADA system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support the creation of reports and updates on system performance.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure the SCADA system operates in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support audits and inspections of SCADA systems as required.
- **Training & Knowledge Development**:

- Participate in training programs to enhance SCADA system knowledge.
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices related to SCADA systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Some exposure to SCADA systems or industrial control systems is desirable (internships, academic projects, or prior job roles).
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting hardware/software systems is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of SCADA software, protocols, and communication networks (DNP3, Modbus, etc.).
- Familiarity with PLCs, RTUs, or industrial control systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of computer networks and database management.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills for reporting and documenting issues.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with senior engineers.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- **Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)**:

- Certifications related to SCADA, automation, or control systems (e.g., ISA-95, ISA-88).
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is advantageous.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard working hours, with possible on-call support or shift work required in certain industries.

Occasional travel to field sites may be required for system maintenance or troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
