Sr. Process Associate- Production

And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We're here to better our world with biology.Tasks and Responsibility:1Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.2.Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.3.Perform production activities like Material issuance Upstream & downstream process.4.Perform all manufacturing activities with highest GMP standards.5. Lead shift operations and manage manpower allocation effectively6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning) for smooth operations.7. Maintain all manufacturing documents as per GMP requirements.8.Monitoring and record keeping of area and instruments.9.Support audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with ISO/GMP standards if applicable.10.Train and mentor junior staff and operators to enhance team performance.9.ERP requisitions with 11. respect to manufacturing activity and stock levels.12.Should have knowledge of GDP.13.Monitoring of calibration, validation, preventive maintenance of instrument, Equipment and area as required.14.Responsible for maintaining Quality, Environment and Safety standards required in the manufacturing area.15.Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.16.Should be well versed in MS Office.17. Willingness to work in team as well as independently as required.Qualifications & Skills:1.BE Chemical, Mechanical, B tech & B pharmacy.2. 3–6 years of experience in a production role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.3.Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations4.Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality systems. 5.Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production planning tools.6.
