**Key Responsibilities: Stock Maintenance**:

- Monitor and manage physical inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and arrangement of goods.
- Update inventory system with stock movements (inbound and outbound).

**Procurement Coordination**:

- Collaborate with procurement team to receive and verify deliveries.
- Check received items against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
- Report stock shortages or quality issues promptly.

**Dispatch Operations**:

- Prepare and pack orders as per dispatch schedule.
- Generate and manage dispatch documentation (invoices, packing slips, etc.).
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Track and follow up on shipments until delivery confirmation.

**New Listing & SQ Creation**:

- Create and maintain SKU codes for all new listings.
- Input accurate product details and specifications in inventory system.
- Liaise with product and e-commerce teams to align listing requirements.
- Maintain SKU master data and update when changes occur.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management software/tools.
- Basic understanding of procurement and dispatch processes.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and operate warehouse equipment (if needed).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,100.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
