The evaluation of new technologies and optimization of the current environment is the key responsibilities, and this should be done in partnership with Engineering teams. Architect should involve and play a key role in the transitions and integrations as part of the mergers/demergers and acquisitions. Focusing on the quality and cost control to ensure the services offering to business is with utmost value from an infrastructure perspective.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsibilities Drive the architectural design, solution planning and feasibility study on Cloud Computing Infrastructure
- Deliver new IT services and exploit current infrastructure technologies. Drive the infrastructure roadmaps and planning in adopting the cloud infrastructure in a long run.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on suitable cloud platforms & services. Advise on and implement cloud best practices.
- Build capabilities in automation and optimization using Infra as a code.
- Develop cloud related strategies reference architectures and technology roadmaps for IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) PaaS (Platform as a Service) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions across public private and hybrid delivery models.
- Translate business and technology requirements into architected technical solutions using cloud or internal technology offerings as appropriate.
- Guide engineering teams through end Enterprise Architecture governance processes and the development and documentation of prescribed technology stacks.
- Implementing DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment
- Design the hybrid mode infrastructure and ensure monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery considerations are maintained and tested.

- Situational understanding of needs of role and will find solutions/ more efficient ways of working within parameters.- Knowledge & Typical Experience- Solid experience in infrastructure architecture solutions design Solid knowledge in M365 and IAM environment experience in managing implementations on public clouds- Significant depth of technical experience in the key M365 and IAM services Compute, Networking and security including but not limited to VM, Microservices, Platform Services, Serverless services, Containers, Storage, Backup, Site Recovery, Security, Disaster Recovery, Developer, Database services, etc.- Should be certified M365 and IAM Architect.- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with architecting solutions involving one or more cloud service providers including M365 and IAM- Minimum3 years’ experience architecting public private and hybrid cloud solutions across IaaS PaaS and SaaS cloud providers.- Overall IT experience should more than 10 years.- M365 and IAM Experience in a captive or IT Service Provider organizations- Ability to lead and motivate technical communities and team of architects- Understands TMF Groups' business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organization is structured.- Experienced with M&A integrations and solution design and support- Understands and applies control and risk and governance frameworks consistently.- Will delegate work across the team as appropriate.- Will be expected to support less experienced staff- Will share knowledge to ensure targets are met.- Understands own motivation and impact of personal impact to optimize personal and team performance- Builds and maintains relationships at all levels across the Group.- Will be mindful of cultural differences across a diverse organization.- Communicates (verbally and through writ
