Identity and Access Management Architect

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) architect to join our team. As an IAM architect, you will design and implement sophisticated IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance.

  • Design and implement IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies.
  • Lead strategic IAM assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development to achieve seamless IAM integration and operational excellence.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients, contributing to solution architecture, and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years in IAM architecture and implementation
  • Proven leadership
  • International client-facing experience
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

A successful candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing IAM systems, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
