IAM Role

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure IAM architectures that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support client adoption and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IAM, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Forgerock OpenAM, OpenDS, and OpenIDM, with a strong understanding of their architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript/Groovy scripting, and familiarity with web application servers like Tomcat and WebLogic.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of IAM tools, including federation protocols, multi-factor authentication, and LDAP functionality.
  • Strong understanding of access management fundamentals, including authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certification
