The Social Media Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team responsible for managing and enhancing the company's social media presence. The Social Media Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and plays a vital role in tracking and reporting on social media performance.

Job description:

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive engagement with the online community.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring alignment with marketing and branding strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling social media content, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, news, and updates to be shared on social media platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns by implementing social media promotions and amplification.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or coordination.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to develop engaging social media content ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
