**ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)**. This department focuses on developing and validating analytical methods for testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. ADL plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of soft Gelatin products.

1. Method Development & Validation:

- **Developing analytical methods**:This involves designing and optimizing methods to analyze specific compounds or products, often using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and other analytical instrumentation.
- **Validating analytical methods**:This ensures that the methods are accurate, precise, and robust, meeting regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH guidelines).
- **Preparing validation protocols and reports**:This documentation is crucial for demonstrating that the methods are fit for their intended purpose.

2. Sample Analysis & Testing:

- **Performing routine and stability testing**: This includes analyzing samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to assess their quality and stability.
- **Operating and maintaining analytical instruments**: Ensuring that instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly is crucial for accurate results.
- **Troubleshooting and problem-solving**: Addressing any issues that arise during analysis or instrument operation.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

- **Ensuring compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements**:This includes following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintaining accurate records.
- **Preparing and reviewing analytical reports and documentation**:This includes method validation reports, stability studies, and other relevant documentation.
- **Contributing to method transfer documentation**:Ensuring that analytical methods are effectively transferred to other laboratories or facilities.

4. Other Responsibilities:

- **Collaborating with other departments**:Working with teams like quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and process development to ensure seamless operations.
- **Staying updated with industry trends and regulations**:Keeping abreast of changes in analytical techniques and regulatory requirements.
- **Potentially managing other ADL personnel**:In some cases, ADL roles may involve supervising and training other lab technicians or analysts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
