Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Management**:Overseeing the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on the site, ensuring they follow plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
- **Project Progress and Scheduling**:Monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- **Safety Management**:Ensuring the safety of all personnel on the site, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, and managing any potential hazards.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting the work of the construction team to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- **Communication and Reporting**:Communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, and reporting any issues or concerns.
- **Material Management**:Ensuring the proper procurement, storage, and use of construction materials.
- **Problem-Solving**:Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise on the site.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- **Team Leadership**:Motivating and guiding the construction team to ensure they work effectively and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong Leadership and Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Knowledge of Construction Processes and Safety Regulations**: Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Organizational and Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues and make decisions based on available information.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials

Education: Civil Degree Holder/ Civil Engineer

Experience: 6-10 years

Open to relocate across India, as per requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
