Ergoscape Studio is a dynamic architecture and design firm specializing in Office Interiors, Residential Architecture, and Commercial Spaces. Our work combines functionality with a refined aesthetic, focusing on delivering thoughtfully designed environments for modern living and working. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Site Supervisor** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily site operations across multiple project locations in Delhi NCR.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of work.
- Interpret and implement working drawings and construction details effectively on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Report site progress, issues, and updates to the design team and senior management.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and site logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of building construction processes and detailing.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting working drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Delhi NCR.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with interior site execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
