Mis Hubspot Executive Work From Home

Vericle, a US-based Health IT company, offers EHR (Electronic Healthcare Records) software and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services. We are looking for MIS (Management Information System) Executive that will closely monitor hubspot.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and maintenance to existing reporting systems
- Generate and distribute management reports accurately and timely
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
- Recommend MIS improvements for better efficiency and consistency
- Perform data analysis for generating reports
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements
- To analyze the data and identify the variances
- Manage all Inbound Digital Activities via Hubspot
- Track, measure, and report on Hubspot tickets across all channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns and initiatives
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or engineering
- Certification in Hubspot is mandatory as soon as possible upon joining
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as MIS executive
- Expert command of Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Ability to read and write SQL
- Punctual, reliable, and must have strong communication skill
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management skills
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
**MUST HAVE**:
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home and Moblie hotspot as back up
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
