**Operations Management**:
- Monitor daily operations to ensure the company functions efficiently and effectively.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources to ensure operational objectives are met.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with various departments (e.g., sales, customer service, logistics) to ensure alignment of operational goals.
- Act as a point of contact between management and team members to communicate company policies and goals.
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate with teams to discuss progress and address any issues.
- **Inventory and Logistics Management**:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet business needs.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation, ensuring smooth delivery of goods and services.
- Track shipments and handle any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:
- Implement quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve issues that may affect quality or compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.
- **Customer Service Support**:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operational issues.
- Work with the customer service team to improve the overall customer experience.
- Resolve operational challenges that impact customer satisfaction.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Support the training and development of junior staff.
- Delegate tasks to team members and provide guidance to ensure high performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,394.09 - ₹34,615.87 per month
