Department: Content Development / Instructional Design

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Review eLearning modules, scripts, assessments, and supporting materials for instructional quality, grammar, structure, and consistency.
- Ensure content adheres to instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and internal style guides.
- Provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and content developers.
- Conduct walkthroughs and participate in review meetings to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Track errors, maintain review logs, and recommend content improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communication, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content review, instructional design, editing, or quality assurance in the eLearning domain.
- Strong understanding of learning design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, language proficiency, and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to compliance training, technical training, or corporate learning content.
- Certification in instructional design or eLearning development.
