**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver first aid training programs tailored to the needs of various audiences, including corporate employees, school staff, community groups, College Students, etc.
- Instruct participants on proper techniques for administering first aid in various scenarios such as CPR, wound care, choking, allergic reactions, fractures, burns, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest guidelines, protocols, and best practices related to first aid and emergency medical care.
- Assess participants' comprehension and skills through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Ensure training equipment and supplies are properly maintained and replenished as needed.
- Serve as a resource for participants, answering questions and providing additional support or guidance as required.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience while interacting with participants from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration to practice as a doctor in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in emergency medicine, general practice, or a related field, preferably with experience in teaching or training.
- Certification in first aid training and CPR instruction (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage training sessions efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery methods based on participant needs and feedback.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
