
Associate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Sales Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-3 ears of experience in any field to develop a successful career in the real estate industry.
As an Associate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in sales activities, client engagement, and promoting our real estate offerings. Fluency in both Hindi and English, as well as a mandatory bike, are essential for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the sales process, including client follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present our real estate properties and services effectively.
- Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive information about the features, benefits, and pricing of available properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interact sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- O-3 years of experience in any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred.
- Must possess a valid bike license and have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
Working Schedule:
Tuesdays will be off
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
