Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Understand customer travel preferences and needs, provide personalized recommendations, and create tailor-made travel itineraries to match their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our travel packages, destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and special offers to effectively convey the value proposition to customers.
- Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare detailed travel quotes, itineraries, and cost breakdowns, while effectively negotiating terms to secure bookings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by actively maintaining communication, addressing inquiries, and providing pre
- and post-trip assistance.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including travel consultants, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, payments, and travel details in our CRM system.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, travel upgrades, and complementary products to enhance the customer's travel experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Travel planning: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
