**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to prepare MIS reports.
- Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to analyze and interpret data.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and templates in **Excel** and **Google Sheets**.
- **System Management (FMS & IMS)**:

- Manage and update **FMS** (Fleet Management System) and **IMS** (Inventory Management System) data for accurate reporting.
- Ensure that all information in FMS and IMS is up-to-date and aligns with company policies and standards.
- Provide timely reports on fleet, inventory, and resource availability.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for management review.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes to enhance productivity.
- Continuously update and improve MIS processes to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- **Data Integrity and Confidentiality**:

- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all MIS-related data.
- Ensure that data security protocols are followed and that sensitive information is properly protected.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, with strong exposure to data analysis and reporting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with **Google Sheets** and its advanced functionalities.
- Knowledge of **FMS** and **IMS** is a plus.
- **Other Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
