Job Title: Telecalling executive - Fruits & Veggies App Downloads Department: Marketing & Sales Reports To: Team Lead / Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Telecallers. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive app downloads for handpickd’s innovative fruits & veggies delivery platform. You will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the app's unique features and benefits, and encouraging them to download and utilize the platform.

Key Responsibilities: -Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers within the target demographic. Make 100-150 dials & ~70-80 connects per day -App Promotion: Clearly and concisely communicate the app's value proposition, including: ○ Convenience of home delivery for fresh produce ○ Wide selection of fruits and vegetables ○ Competitive pricing and attractive offers ○ User-friendly app interface and seamless ordering experience -Lead Generation & ordering: Qualify leads and identify potential customers interested in downloading and using the app. -Data Entry: Accurately record call outcomes, customer information, and other relevant data in the CRM system / MS Excel -Meet Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for app downloads, lead generation and new user ordering -Customer Service: Provide basic customer service support by answering simple inquiries and addressing minor concerns. -Maintain a Positive Attitude: Remain enthusiastic, patient, and professional throughout all interactions. -Contribute to Team Goals: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to improving call center performance.

Qualifications: -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written English -Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. -Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software / MS Excel -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach. -Graduation minimum criteria -Prior experience in telemarketing or sales - at least 1 year Benefits: -Competitive salary and incentives based on performance. ○ Fixed: Rs 20,000-25,000 fixed CTC per month + ○ Incentives ranging from Rs 1000-3000 per month ○ Total CTC range: Rs 20,000-28,000 per month -Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company. -Supportive and encouraging work environment. -1 holiday per week as per weekly roster

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
