We Requires 2 Garment Merchandiser for a Textile Industry at Mumbai

Position : Garment Merchandiser
- Salary**:20-25% on Cur CTC - Depends on exp & knowledge**

Education **:Any Graduate**
- Proven experience in garment merchandising or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the apparel production process and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with designers to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design and quality standards.
- Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms of contracts.
- Place orders and monitor production to ensure timelines are met.
- Oversee sample development and approval processes.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to standards.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies during production.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for production.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new product developments and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare reports on production status, inventory levels, and cost analysis for management review.
