**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Design**: Design engaging static and carousel posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional video content.

**2. 2D Animation & Video Making**: Create animated explainer videos, intros, and product feature clips. Use storytelling through animation for branding, marketing, or product purposes.

**3.** **Print & Digital Collateral Design**:Design books, brochures, business cards, flyers, reports, banners, etc. Work with printing specs and layout design for both digital and print media.

**4.** **Tool Proficiency**: Must be proficient in the following tools (or similar alternatives) Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, FigmaVideo Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN2D Animation: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, Vyond, Blender (for basic motion graphics)Others (as needed): Adobe InDesign (for print), DaVinci Resolve, LottieFiles, etc.

**5.** **Learning & Adaptability**: Stay updated with design trends and new tools.Willing to learn new software and skills as per project or company needs. Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, branding) for consistent visual communication.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and animation (fresher with strong portfolio can also apply).
- A strong portfolio showcasing designs, animation work, and videos.
- Ability to manage time and multitask between various design responsibilities.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Self-learner attitude and a team player.

**Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Illustration skills (digital drawing).
- Knowledge of brand strategy and storytelling.
- Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, D-ID, or Runway ML.
