**Job Descritpion of Zscaler's Security**:
4-10 Years of Relevant Experience
Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role
- Maintain the security of the organization’s infrastructure, including troubleshooting, implementing security measures, and monitoring for vulnerabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Handle security incidents, including investigating breaches, analyzing logs, and taking action to contain and resolve the issue
- Monitor network traffic and system logs for suspicious activity, and analyze logs to identify potential threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments on security-related projects, and communicate findings and recommendations
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure Zscaler's security solutions are functioning optimally
- Actively learn and stay current with Zscaler technologies and best practices
- Provide technical support for Zscaler products like ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Oversee and drive the successful implementation and management of GCP solutions
- Manage Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), ensuring they are optimized for threat detection and prevention, and staying current with the latest security threats
- Monitor Splunk performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize searches and reports
