**Role Description**

Deutsche Bank is looking to expand its internal Technology capability in Pune to provide best in class technology solutions for the Banking industry.

You will work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team, including analysts, developers and testers. You will collaborate with team members, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value.

You will foster cross team communication and guide continuous backlog refinement with the team. You will foster an Agile culture and build a strong and cohesive team dynamic.You will foster trust and collaboration across all team members; make it safe to challenge, experiment and fail without fear. **Your key responsibilities**
- Facilitate all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives and daily standups
- Face of between the development team and product owner group
- Keep the status and progress of stories up to date in JIRA.
- Produce sprint and release progress / status reports as required for senior stakeholders, project working groups and steering committees.
- Maintain Risk and Issues logs and work with the product owner group to feed in new stories that arise from issues or risks into the product backlog.

**Your skills and experience**

You will need:

- 4+ years experience of working in an Agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban or XP. SAFe would be desirable.
- Strong Java / Oracle background - at least 5 years experience
- Strong Agile skills - preferably experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Experience using tools such as JIRA
- Experience or Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Oracle PL/SQL would be highly desirable
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills - both written and oral

We are looking for great Techologists first. Useful but not essential would be knowledge gained in Financial Services environments, for example products, instruments, trade lifecycles, regulation, risk, financial reporting or accounting,

**Education/ Qualification**:
Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Engineering or Computer Science
