**Job Role**
- Ensures that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and displays.
- Track inventory levels, report any issues or shortages.
- Monitor stock movement and keep management updated for Fast mover/Slow mover SKUs.
- Build constructive relationship with Store/channel partners.
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices and update the management with offers, pricing, new launches in market.
- Keep a track of competitors in similar category and their performance as well.
- Ensure the visual merchandising is as per brand standard.
- Able to arrange secondary displays in stores to enhance more effective visibility and customer reachability.
- Ensure aligned offers are executed and POSM/Freebies are properly distributed on time.
- Assist and make aware store staffs about brand USPs.
- Coordinate with TTPL KAM/Brand KAM/Account POC for better plan execution.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven working experience in merchandising.
- Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good inter-personal and communication skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
