**Accounts Executive - Urgent Opening.**

**Location: Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and complete financial records of all transactions.
- Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.

**2. Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

**3. Invoicing & Payments**:

- Prepare invoices for clients and manage accounts receivable.
- Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.

**4. Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.) as required.
- Liaise with auditors for annual audits and tax assessments.

**5. Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist management in analysing financial data and interpreting results.

**6. Payroll Management**:

- Process payroll, including calculating employee wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and tax regulations regarding payroll.

**7. Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Manage petty cash and ensure it is used appropriately.

**8. Internal Controls**:

- Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- **Experience: Minimum of [IV] years of experience in accounting (experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus).**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZOHOBOOK).
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience in financial management for PEB and steel fabrication industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., procurement, HR, and project management).
