**Who are you?**
We’re looking for energetic Product Designers with a passion for designing a high-quality product with an exquisite look and feel, intelligent details and brilliant functionality.
Creating the world’s most accessible automation platform means our top-notch UX and UI are why we are a success. Automation is complex area, but we’re solving the hard problems for the users. One way we’re doing this is mixing in a gaming experience. Leapwork is an every-day tool users spend a lot of time with, so all details are super important. Small annoyances become large quickly.
As a person:

- you enjoy a well-organized library with a wide range of components
- you pay strong attention to details and quality
- you feel fully confident collaborating with product designers, product owners, and developers in an agile and multi-cultural environment
- you are independent and good at planning and driving your own work.

We expect:

- you have outstanding visual design aesthetics combined with UX understanding
- you are skilled in creating walkthrough mockups and prototypes
- you have a comprehensive understanding of design tools and software (we use Figma)
- you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- a strong, fundamental understanding of software development processes and procedures

Many years of experience and a degree in a related field like Computer Science, Media Design, Architecture etc. would be nice but is not essential.
We are first and foremost looking for persons with the right talent and mindset to fit the high ambitions for our product.
**Your new team and responsibilities**
You will be part of our Product organisation in Gurgaon where you will work closely together with our VP Product Design, other Product Designers and our Product Owners. You will report to our Program Director.
You will join the development teams in their daily standups and support the developers to succeed in turning the prototypes and product requirements into the world’s most accessible automation platform.
You will be responsible for improving and expanding the component library, the style guides and many other things.
