**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the needs of teachers.
- Create course materials, including handouts, presentations, and assessments, to support the training content.
- Ensure that training programs are up-to-date with current teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational technology.
- **Delivering Workshops and Training Sessions**:

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars for teachers, focusing on areas such as classroom management, curriculum delivery, teaching strategies, and educational technology.
- Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g., demonstrations, group discussions, hands-on activities) to engage educators.
- **Mentoring and Coaching**:

- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for teachers to improve their teaching practices and professional development.
- Offer constructive feedback and support to help teachers implement new strategies and improve their classroom performance.
- **Assessing Teacher Needs**:

- Identify areas where teachers may need additional training or professional development.
- Conduct surveys or interviews with teachers to gather feedback on their challenges and learning goals.
- **Evaluating Training Effectiveness**:

- Assess the impact of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and teacher feedback.
- Use data to make adjustments to future training sessions to ensure they meet the needs of educators.
- **Providing Ongoing Support**:

- Create and maintain a network or community where teachers can share ideas, challenges, and resources.
- **Staying Current with Educational Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in education and teacher development.
- Attend conferences, workshops, or other professional development opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and teaching techniques.
- **Collaboration with Educational Institutions**:

- Work with schools, districts, or educational organizations to align training programs with the specific needs of teachers.
- Partner with other professionals in the education sector to share resources and insights.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
