Phonics Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Phonics Training**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for teachers, both in-person and virtually, on phonics instruction methodologies, tools, and resources.
- Conduct regular workshops and refreshers to enhance educators' teaching techniques and keep them updated on the latest phonics trends.
- **Classroom Quality Assurance**:

- Observe and assess phonics lessons across various classrooms to ensure they meet established standards and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations for teachers to improve the quality of phonics instruction.
- Collaborate with teachers to create personalized action plans for skill development and classroom improvement.
- **Curriculum Support & Development**:

- Collaborate with curriculum designers to refine and enhance phonics programs, ensuring they align with current research and best practices.
- Ensure consistency in the delivery of phonics lessons and materials across different classrooms.
- **Teacher Mentoring & Support**:

- Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring to teachers who need additional guidance or support in phonics instruction.
- Foster a positive learning environment by addressing teacher concerns, troubleshooting challenges, and offering ongoing professional development.
- **Assessment & Reporting**:

- Regularly assess the progress of both teachers and students in phonics skills.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of training programs and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor student learning outcomes and ensure phonics instruction is having a positive impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field. Master’s degree or certification in Phonics Instruction is a plus.
- Proven experience in phonics instruction, preferably as a teacher or trainer.
- Strong knowledge of phonics systems, curriculum development, and best practices in literacy education.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support educators.
- Experience in classroom management, observation, and providing feedback.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Passion for teacher development and improving classroom outcomes.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
