Phaltan, India Sharayu Agro Industries Ltd. Full time

1) Sales Outreach:
Engage with local stores in Baramati and Phatan for the sales of sugar.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

2) Order Management:
Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate details.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

3) Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

4) Documentation:
Share payment advice and invoices with customers in a timely manner.
Conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.

5) Inventory Monitoring:
Regularly observe and report on daily inventory levels.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock effectively.

6) Adherence to Procedures:
Follow company procedures and policies for sales and customer management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

7) Uniform Compliance:
Adhere to the company's dress code by wearing the Sharayu uniform provided.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
