Lil Beez Books is seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive for Lil Beez Books Orders, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions for our book orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing & route Strategy
- Schools Engagement
- Analytics and Reporting
- Partnerships and Collaborations
- Market Research
- Order Receiving & follow ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for children's literature and a genuine interest in promoting literacy.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
