**Job Opening: Digital Marketing Assistant at Global Tax Masters**

Global Tax Masters is a leading firm specializing in comprehensive tax solutions for individuals and businesses. We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to help us grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive our digital marketing strategies forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating, curating, and publishing content across various digital platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters).
- **Social Media Management**: Manage company social media accounts, develop social media calendars, and engage with followers.
- **SEO & SEM**: Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and assist in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- **Analytics**: Monitor, report, and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize digital campaigns.
- **Website Maintenance**: Assist in updating website content and improving user experience.
- **Graphic Design Support**: Help create visual content (graphics, banners, etc.) for online platforms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and creative thinking.
