Preparing Sales Quotation, Proforma invoices, Invoices, Packing list and other sales related documents.
- Preparing sales order to factory based on incoming P.O (Overseas & Local).
- Make the checklist along the P.O including all remarks / instruction from customer.
- Making item codes following the existing pattern in ERP.
- Co-ordination with factory Co-Ordinator in making work orders for the same.
- Follow up with factory for Order in Progress.
- Informing customers about the delivery schedules and updates whatsoever.
- Preparing sales invoices and packing list for finished orders (Overseas & Local)
- Handover the packing list + box number check list to stores / dispatch section for loading the material.
- Plan for filing the invoices in time with our Clearing and handling agent
- Follow up for B/L once the shipment is sent.
- Send the shipment document copies (Inv, PL, COO and B/L) for balance payment if any.
- Follow up with accounts to get status of payment receipt and send the original documents by courier to the customer.
- Inform the courier tracking number for documents sent.
- Arranging to get transport charges for local deliveries and DTA.
- Get approval from customers for deliveries on “to pay” basis.
- Preparing Grainger online booking of containers and subsequent documentation.
- Sending FCR from CDS (for grainger shipments) for payment purpose.
- Preparing and sending samples in time.
- Preparing pending production report on a weekly basis for OM in order to re-schedule the production plan.
- Preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Sales Reports and Management Information System reports.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Kakkanad, Ernakulam - 682021, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
