**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage freight movements within the Drayage/OTR.

Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers.

Negotiate rates and terms to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the freight process.

Utilize industry knowledge to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in Drayage/OTR -US/CAN Logistics.

In-depth knowledge and proficiency in freight movement.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.
