**About Scrum master role**

Disprz is looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team.

**Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**
- Run daily standups, help with sorting the blockers for designers, developers and testers.
- Manage JIRA Advanced Roadmaps, by working with the Product Managers to deliver on the product roadmap
- Work with Arun to decide on story points for tickets and assign them to the right developers for ensuring the work is completed well in advance
- Track and Monitor release timelines for a feature requested by the Customer Success team and proactively inform them of delivery timelines
- Collaborate with the release team to plan for Web/ Mobile Release and inform in advance to the team.
- Work with the Product managers to document and publish disprz products’ roadmap to all the relevant stakeholders in the company

**Required skillset**
- 6 - 10 yrs of work experience in a software product company/ IT services companies
- SaaS product background is a plus
- 1 - 3 yrs of experience working as a scrum master/ project manager managing software products
- Has sound knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Humble, innovative and have a positive attitude towards managing software delivery ops
