**POSITION PURPOSE**:
**Responsibilities**

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Understanding testing principles and practices**

**Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases**

**Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams**

**Should have functional Specification Analysis Experience**

**Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.**

**Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives.**

**Must have good analytical skills.**

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams**

**Must be flexible, independent.**

**Perform other testing-related duties as required**
