Number of Position: 01

**Salary**: 2.5 to 4 LPA
1. Monitoring the QA Inspectors activities and their shift schedules.
2. Maintaining all records that comply with the QEHS Standard Procedures.
3. Participation in regular Internal Audits on the QEHS systems.
4. Engagement in all laboratory activities such as testing, calibration, COA, etc.
5. Arrange and establish training program (on-job or external) for QA inspectors
6. Instruct, supervise and guide QA inspectors as and when required.
7. Ensure that the in-process standards check methods are followed by Production and
evaluate
On-Hold rolls regularly.
8. Compile various reports viz. Production, QA etc. if any, from time to time.
9. Ensure the dispatch/courier of samples as asked by the Sales department.
10. Keep an inventory of QA instruments, accessories etc.
11. Prepare annual calibration plan of equipment's. Review and verify the calibration certificate
issued by external calibration agency.
12. Ensure non-compliance or defects are properly communicated to production; also ensure
the corrective actions are properly carried out by authorized personnel from related
department.
13. Monitor pest control service provider and ensure their services rendering as per given
schedule. Also, collect and verify the insect analysis report from time to time.
14. Patrolling and inspecting the in-process product quality.
15. Verify and cross check the dispatch products against COA. Also, ensure the COA is certified
and approved by QA Head before dispatch of FG.
16. Maintain All Shade cards approved by the Customer.

17. Maintain all Internal & External standards.
18. Any other job or assignment, if any, as directed by QA Head.
19. Identify areas for continual improvement.
20. Prepare Monthly Quality reports.
