**Job Summary**:
Kairos Institute, Bangalore, is seeking an experienced and passionate **Guest Faculty for Aviation** to deliver engaging classroom sessions for our Aviation Management students. The role is ideal for aviation professionals who are eager to share their practical knowledge and industry insights with aspiring aviation professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Airport Operations
- Aviation Geography
- Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)
- Baggage Handling and Cargo Management
- Deliver lectures that bridge theoretical concepts with real-world aviation practices.
- Support students with academic guidance, clarifications, and project mentoring.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Collaborate with the Academic Head to ensure syllabus completion and learning outcomes.
- Maintain discipline and uphold institutional values in the classroom.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Aviation, Airport Management, or related discipline.**:

- **Industry professionals** currently working or with prior experience in the aviation sector are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge in **Airport Operations, Geography, DGR, and Baggage/Cargo Handling.**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
