Aviation Teacher

**Teaching and Instruction**:

- Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with the institute's aviation curriculum.
- Utilize modern teaching techniques, including case studies, industry scenarios, and hands-on activities, to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and project evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Participate in the review and development of the aviation curriculum, ensuring it reflects the latest industry standards, regulations, and technologies.
- Incorporate industry certifications and qualifications into the academic framework where relevant.
- **Student Mentorship and Support**:

- Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students interested in pursuing careers in aviation.
- Supervise students in their aviation-related internships, projects, and practical training activities.
- Facilitate student preparation for, certification programs, and industry placements.
- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct research in the field of aviation, contributing to academic publications and advancing industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to produce relevant research on topics like aviation safety, airport management, and sustainability.
- **Industry Collaboration and Engagement**:

- Build and maintain partnerships with airlines, airports, aviation authorities, and other industry organizations to facilitate student internships, guest lectures, and career opportunities.
- Stay updated on aviation regulations, safety protocols, technological advancements, and industry best practices.
- Attend industry conferences and participate in professional development activities to ensure the program remains current and relevant.
- **Institutional Contribution**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and the development of new aviation-related programs.
- Support institutional initiatives such as organizing aviation seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Contribute to accreditation processes and ensure compliance with relevant aviation education standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry (e.g., aviation management, airport management).
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, airport management, and industry standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using aviation simulation tools and digital teaching platforms.
- Ability to balance academic teaching with practical, hands-on learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching Aviation Management: 1 year (required)
- Making lesson plans in Airline and Airport Management: 1 year (required)
