**The Role**:Salesforce Solutions Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate teams of CRM professionals and work with stakeholders to build customized solutions that support the business requirements
- Identify ways to better utilize Salesforce for business processes, make recommendations on enhancements
- Lead change management process for new enhancements into production
- Manage large projects from an Agile perspective end to end

**What we’re looking for**:

- 8+ Years as a Salesforce Professional
- Multiple Salesforce Certifications required
- Technical background in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Able to analyze requirements, resolve, document and communicate the optimal design approach
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Organization
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Solutions - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering or similar program
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Application Architect, System Architect Administrator, Platform Dev I, Platform App Builder, Platform Dev II
